Serious bread. Run by a kid.

Lucas does the whole thing himself. He mixes, proofs, scores, and bakes every loaf — then bags them up, paints the sign, and works the booth.

When you order, it’s made start to finish by an eleven-year-old who takes it seriously. High standards, real crust, no shortcuts. Just a kid who’s good at this.

Our story

No leftovers.

Lucas didn’t learn to bake from a book. He learned it at his great-grandmother’s house. Every meal there ended the same way — she’d send everyone home with more, saying “No leftovers.”

She loved to bake. So does he. She’s gone now, but the bread isn’t, and Lucas bakes the way she did: by hand, fresh, made to be finished.

That’s the whole idea. Bread good enough there’s never any left.
